Community Link speaks at the CMS Housing Fair

On Saturday, January 25th 2025, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools hosted an At Home in CMS Housing Fair at East Mecklenburg High School. Some 25 partners spoke to CMS employees about various housing options and special housing programming in Charlotte and throughout Mecklenburg County- including Community Link!

Our staff showed up to talk on the panel and table at the event. We talked about our Homeownership Education and Counseling program that we offer to help you become a first-time homeowner.

CMS employees.. come to Get The Facts and ask questions about The House Charlotte financial assistance program which offers our community heroes up to $80,000 in home buying costs like down payment, closing costs, and/or interest rate buy-down. Community Link offers the educational course to access the House Charlotte program with DreamKey Partners and True Homes USA!
