Get the Facts on Homeownership

Get The Facts is a free intro class to our Homeownership Education and Counseling program and designed to help you understand how we can help you on your journey to homeownership- come ask questions!

The program includes monthly financial empowerment workshops (topics range from credit repair to budgeting and estate planning), one-on-one financial counseling and goal building, and information on how you might be able to access down payment assistance. Com ask questions!

Class will be in-person at Community Link from 6pm to 8pm (a virtual environment is also available). Community Link is located at 601 East 5th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Parking is free in the back lot for building visitors.

Registration required. This class is typically offered twice a month on a Monday evening.
